This was 7 years ago.
One of my most memorable Easters. We were returning from the Philippines after leading a short term trip there working with girls who had been rescued from horrible horrible situations.
Our team split ways in Korea. And we prayed and thanked God as the sun rose that Easter morning.
That was our last time overseas. 7 years ago. A LOT has changed since this photo was taken.
But a few things remain the same.
We still believe and celebrate in the resurrection of Jesus every day of our lives.
Our hearts still burn for all nations to know this benevolent King Jesus who laid down His life so we could be reconciled to the Father and His presence can live in us.
Tonight kicks off Jess’ 6th @bcchonolulu and @ywamhonolulu is shipping out two teams to Mexico tonight. What a way to celebrate Easter 2021.
